Nokia Friend View gets updated to version 0.83
Nokia Friend View just got updated to version 0.83 . As far as I can see there are no new features as such.
I’m guessing this update just brings about a couple bug fixes, but it does seem like they tweaked the comment system a little bit.
You can grab the update by either re-downloading it from the Friend View download site or by starting up your Friend View application on your device, and let it check for the update.

v0.83 was small tweeks and fixes as you guessed.
- “Add as friend” was added as an option to a friend-of-a-friend’s comment messages, if they aren’t already your friend.
- The client now detects if a buddy has changed the avatar image, during a session and not just at restarts.
- Show map tile “Downloading map…” text only when loading from network. The text is printed once per tile.
- New Tips, About pages text.
- And other small tweeks and fixes.
