YouTube App for Symbian gets v2.2.6 update
The guys over at AllAboutSymbian have found that the official YouTube application for Symbian has received an update to version 2.02.6.
As with the last update, there doesnt seem to be any visible changes in this update, although there might be a couple bug fixes under the hood.
The App is officially only compatible with S60 V3 devices (Eg: N95, N96, N82, N85,etc) only, but the app apparently works (albeit not very well) on S60 V5 Touch devices like the Nokia 5800. An official list of supported devices can be found here.
To Download the update, head on over to m.YouTube.com from your Phone Browser. You should see a link at the bottom saying “Download the YouTube Application” if your Device is compatible.
