Nokia closes Canadian N-Gage studio
Apparently, Nokia has shut down its Vancouver-based N-Gage game studio, which affects about 100 jobs in the process. The studio closed its doors on June 30.

Nokia’s N-Gage Design Studio in Vancouver had developed a significant number of titles for the first and second generation N-Gage systems, as well as for mobile phones. The group worked on franchises such as Call of Duty, Tiger Woods and Tony Hawks.

Interesting bit of news eh ? I wonder what this will mean for N-Gage overall. The Platform isnt exactly raking in the cash for Nokia. There just arnt enough quality titles, and now it looks like the only source of actual “quality” titles on N-Gage has been canned.
Thoughts anyone ?

Oh come on, it's easier to distribute games that to make them obviously. This is how the platform is going to go. Actually it makes a bit of money, even if there is no support at all besides the N-Gage forums moderators millions of people buy these rubbish games. Seriously. And the best thing is that most of them are the EA games, how crazy is that? I guess the brand names are good enough to make people spend money…
