Ovi Share to get a Makeover soon
Ovi Share (formerly known as “Share on Ovi“), is one feature of the Ovi umbrella that we really use a lot here on ZOMGitsCj. A lot of our Review pictures and videos are uploaded and hosted there, and we depend on them to keep those things working properly.
It because of this reason, that we’re glad to know Nokia is still committed to improving the service. The Official Ovi Share Blog posted earlier today, that the site is due to receive a makeover, improving upon a few things. Here’s what they had to say :
We are preparing some changes to Ovi Share – making it easier to find the features that you need the most. We’re also bringing to life the photos and videos you love – either your own or those from your friends and family.
First, a new home page features an animation of media from your contacts. See what they’ve shared glide across the screen. Simple menus and navigation make sharing, commenting and organizing quicker.
Plus, there’s more room for your photos or videos! See who it is shared with, the comments and the capture time and place – all on the media page.
