Heh I could be wrong but the 5530 XM was Supposed to be out by now here in India. I havent been to a Nokia Store in a while though.

Hey there Jian ! Unfortunately, we can only speak for the review unit we received. Our unit was fine, and a lot more stable than our N97. We very rarely had any restarts or hanging problems.
Camera quality was okay, but as you can see there werent any purple tints in the images. Again, our homescreen worked fine too.
If it means anything, our unit was a EURO set. Maybe the incidents are isolated to another region ?

Hey there thanks for the review. I want to get this phone therefore doing a lil bit of research on it. I've been to the nokia forum and i read that alot of people are having issues with the 5530. I'm really surprise that your review unit didn't have any issues with the phone restarting and hanging, problems with the home screen i.e. icons missing, problems with the camera i.e. purple color will appear on the screen. I'm just wondering if all those are just isolated incidents…
